Hi, We had a bit of a discussion at work a couple of days ago about this; Let's say I have a program that outputs an incredibly amount of output to stderr that's being logged to file through supervisor. It could be due to an infinite loop throwing exceptions or something. stderr_logfile_maxbytes is set to, say...1 megabyte. Can supervisor become a bottleneck shuffling this data? Can it be unresponsive or will disk IO become that bottleneck? Has anyone has any issues with this? Benchmarks?
I know these are vague questions, but would love to have some input. Regards, Jens -- Want to know how full my inbox is? Or how to get in touch with me faster? Or tell me your e-mail is not that important? Then check this out: http://courteous.ly/4WtfZY
