PerfectDisc will do that. If, after you do a regular defrag with it,
there are many system and meta files fragmented, it will suggest doing a
bootup defrag. If you click to do this, the next time you start the
computer it will load perfectdisc and do a defrag before windows starts up.
Is there a freeware that can do that?
