This is new... I bought a program called "Graphic Workshop Professional" from Alchemy Mindworks.
I get update messages now and then and never had any problems downloading them - until today! I went to their download site: http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/gwspro.html#download and when I try downloading using "Winget", a message window pops up - "Authentication Required" ! Never happened before ! Google shows this to be some new MicroSoft rubbish. (?) Has this happened to anyone here ? My Server username and password don't work in it, so I have no idea WTF is required.
