This has been reported as bug 535528. <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=535528> If you have information that might be helpful, please leave a comment in the bug. Disabling MailNews autocompletion in Preferences (Mail & Newsgroups, Addressing, Address Autocompletion, uncheck Local Address Books) should at least stop the crash. Exporting, deleting and reimporting all addresses might help.
