This may be a little too much for me. I'll try again.

Add an outgoing server? I read where I thought you were not to set a 2nd SMTP server.

Log in account 1st---the account I just created that says password wrong?

I deleted the account and tried again and password still won't take. Still don't see a place asking for password before I actually try to use the new account.

I am wanting this account in another profile, if that makes any difference.

Now that I am getting my email again I wanted another account I set one
up and the first time I try to use it I got a small window to inter
password. I entered the password I want to use and came up with another
window saying password invalid. In setting up the account I don't
remember a place to enter password. If I am remembering correct from way
back when I set the first account. The first time you were ask for a
password is when the password was set.
Any help appreciated

See if you can login via the web to the account first:
https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify2?&.src=ym

If you can, then set up the 2nd account like you did the first only be
sure to use the proper email address (as you did in your first). Add an
Outgoing Server (SMTP) (Add Account) to mirror your first but instead
put in the actual email address for this 2nd account. Then on the
account, Edit|Mail& News...|<account>|Outgoing...|set for the proper
outgoing SMTP server that you've just created.

BTW, since ATT and Yahoo are together now, can I use an existing
Yahoo.com web mail user name and password for the Seamonkey pop mail and
get that account on Seamonkey mail?

No. Not unless it is an Yahoo business account. Don't bother with all
the add-ons to try and read standard yahoo accounts. You'll just waste
your time.
