Firstly, my sincere apologies to the OP, this is a SeaMonkey issue after all. To correct it, type about:config into the location bar. Find the pref: ui.click_hold_context_menus The default setting is true, toggle it to false. That should solve the issue. Again, I apologize for my poor original assessment of the problem.
