After loading windows XP "updates" that require a system reboot it takes three (3) reboots before SeaMonkey 2.0.13 will not hang.
During the first 2 tries, I can launch SM again and again and there they are in the taskmanager, but none ever gets a GUI started. Dare I say such a condition is virtually terrifying! It may be my own fool fault for disabling some windows process.
