Preferences|Browser|Tabbed Browsing| tick:
x Switch to new tabs opened from links
x Middle-click, Ctrl+click...
x Ctrl+Enter...

No clue. I never use the AR extension & turn it off by default. I prefer
to have my AR run independent of the browser.
