Works for me SeaMonkey 2.4.1 on Windows 7 Home Premium. Build
identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20110928
Firefox/7.0.1 SeaMonkey/2.4.1
When I click "Check to see if you plugins are up to date" it open a tab
and goes out to a Mozilla Firefox Check you Plugins page and checks if
my plugins are up to date. Interesting the url bar shows about:plugins,
but it actually goes to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ .

Works for me, too (2.0.14 on XP), but oddly, in my case the URL bar
shows the correct (plugincheck) address.
