Thank You Jim. Your advice is great. Perhaps i didn't find it because i
wuse the german version ;-)

After importing into the other PC i had twotimes the bookmarks. In the
upper half the older und below the imported bookmarks. So i deleted the
older and hope now, that the imported are complete.
