Yes, both launch from the command line, whichever is used.
Dan, I think that what Philip meant to ask was "which version of the
browser does THAT SPECIFIC COMMAND-LINE launch? Perhaps it's launching
the old Seamonkey 1.x, which does not include the needed features?

The path that I quoted in my original query launches SM 2.7.2
definitely. And just double checked it.
