SM mail forwards a message as ATTACHMENT (at least mine does. But I rarely forward so I don't know if it has always done this or not). You don't see the message so I don't understand your complaint. but I don't have the latest SM. I have 2.6 because of an extension that won't work beyond it. So, this started with 2.8? Another reason then to keep 2.6. OE doesn't change the font, font size, or color if you forward a message and it places the forwarded message at the bottom.
