AFAICT the visual differences are due to the OS theming. The default/classic theme in SeaMonkey is designed to use the native OS widgets and theming as much as possible. I'd guess that your 32bit box is using a different OS theme compared to your 64 bit box. > Windows users are stuck with the 32-bit builds.
