Alternatively, one can rearrange accounts by changing the default
account... i only have three accounts, so i set the one i want to be
last in the list, to be default first... close and reopen... then set
the one i want to be 2nd as default... close and reopen... then select
the account i want to be final default account...
as opposed to deciphering the mail.account.server nightmare...
