On the SeaMonkey menu bar, go to [Edit > Preferences]. On the left side of the Preferences window, select [Advanced > Mouse Wheel]. Check the radio button settings on the "No modifier key" tab. As for font sizes, on the SeaMonkey menu bar, go to [Edit > Preferences]. On the left side of the Preferences window, select [Appearance > Fonts]. Adjust your font sizes there.
