Bonnell, the way you describe your set-up doesn't sound healthy, but
anyway, have a look at "Tools->Switch Profiles. Are there more Profiles
showing than you would expect?? If so, select each of the other Profiles
to see if that's where your missing mail is,

If not, have a look at "Server Setting" for your e-mail account on
Edit->Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings" screen and note, at the bottom
of that screen, the location of your "Local directory:", then completely
close SeaMonkey and use your Windows "Find Folders and Files" function
to locate your "Inbox". Then use your Windows Explorer to make sure

Then use your Windows Explorer to make sure that the inbox file (Note just Inbox, not inbox.msf) is present and has content, i.e. has messages in it.
