What's the secret to getting this to work? BTW, this just started
happening all of a sudden.

I believe there are more than one place you have to put the Foxit Reader
in. Also, is Foxit Reader set up to look for a call from SeaMonkey?

Don't assume that because you've done this once you are done. PDF files
are served with several MIME types, so SeaMonkey will have several
entries to handle them. For example, my system lists:

Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Document (application/pdf)
Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Document (file/unknown)
Adobe Acrobat Forms Document (application/vnd.adobe.xfdf)
Adobe Acrobat Forms Document (application/vnd.fdf)
Adobe Acrobat XML Data Package File

I've had to make choices for all five to handle PDF and related file
types correctly.

Only one entry: PDF Document

The problem is fixed by making Foxit the default document handler in Windows. Apparently in an update it got turned off.

Why is it that when you transport something by car, it is called a shipment, but when you transport something by ship, it is called cargo?
