OK, so the action to write in (or create) the mimeType.rdf is to check
"Always do this".
Now the question is: How to "uncheck" this option ? For me it looks like
a no-return action.
I think this is the options under the menu: Edit > Preferences > Browser
> Helper Applications
Find the file type in the "Content Type" column, and change the
corresponding "Action" in the right-hand column to "Always ask". Then
click OK to apply the changes.
