Newsgroups/RSS Feeds And The LIke...

Hello My SM Guru's... my challenge today is, since installing SM 2.32 on 
a Win 8.1 desktop all of my Newsgroups/RSS feeds with the exception of 
SM groups have ceased working/downloading.

Any ideas as to what I may have done or need to do get them all going again?
