I tried BlueGriffon a while back and, for me, it didn't work anywhere near as well as SeaMonkey Composer. I haven't tried Amaya ( http://www.w3.org/Amaya/ ), so I can't say how well it works, but if I needed a web page editor and Composer wasn't able to get it done then Amaya would be the first thing I'd try.
