Just started working on SeaMonkey Composer and can't figure out how to add
more than one:table at the same Horizontal level. it seems to cancel out in
a grid lock. What's the secret I am missing here.?? i.e. tables lock up and
unable to physically move around on the page.

My goal is to have a left and right column with icons/themes (leading to
additional pages) and a written blurb in the wider central column.

Thanks

It does not appear Composer will do it via drag and drop. You can save the Composer page and edit with a plain text editor to add the appropriate CSS and HTML.

Go to: <http://edmullen.net/temp.php> and do View Source.

A Google search on "html multiple tables horizontal" gave me the answer in about 60 seconds. Gening up the sample page about another minute.

BTW, a better forum for this question might be any of these:

alt.html
comp.infosystems.www.authoring
comp.infosystems.www.authoring.stylesheets

If you don't have a Usenet provider you can find them on Google groups <shudder>.
