Then as I said, SM is inherently portable. You can run it from anywhere the OS has access. And there is no need for anyone's "portable version".
I don't do this with SeaMonkey (since I always travel with a laptop) but I do it with a number of utilities. That way when I'm working on someone else's PC (either troubleshooting or doing my own work) I have the tools I need handy.
