I just had a quick look at the URL you gave and it refers to an upcoming Seamonkey version 2.35 that is based on Firefox 38. In yesterday's emails also came the newsletter from US-CERT which states:

   Original release date: July 07, 2015

   Mozilla has released security updates to address vulnerabilities in
   Firefox, Firefox ESR, and Thunderbird. Exploitation of one of these
   vulnerabilities may allow an attacker to take control of an affected
   system.

   Available updates include:

     * Firefox 39
     * Firefox ESR 38.1
     * Thunderbird 38.1

   US-CERT encourages users and administrators to review the Security
   Advisory for Firefox
   <https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox/>,
   Firefox ESR
   <https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox-esr/>,
   and Thunderbird
   <https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/known-vulnerabilities/thunderbird/>
   and apply the necessary updates.

Will the 2.35 Seamonkey release incorporate the same updates?

Thank you.
