I have v2.28 installed on a Windows 8.1 PC. It is not used as the default program for anything.
All email-related activities default to Thunderbird. Yet, when I try to email a PDF from within the PDF viewing application -- and I've tried several -- it invokes SeaMonkey even if SeaMonkey is not running. How do I stop SM from interfering?
