I downloaded Seamonkey today, and was looking at the nightlies and
Aurora for Seamonkey. I found a page which allows a download,
clicked on
a link and it says error 404 pq not available. Is there anyway
you can
get the links sorted please, would like to join the testing

but know that FF and Seamonkey are completely different.

Thank you,

John, any chance you remember what link you clicked on that brought
up the 404 error?

John, both those links (which are exactly the same!!) work fine for
me!

Hi, sorry about all the messages, but its really frustraiting not
being able to get the links to work. Can I send an attachment through
this e-mail so I can show you.

John
I go to your nigthly page and the first and second link points to
nothing present.
But the third one is ok:
https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-trunk/seamonkey-2.43a1.en-US.mac.dmg

why did you go to an old version of Seamonkey ? You don't like the
current released version ?

Ray, that link, which you say is working, is for MAC so not real
useful for Windows.

Johnmat2's not going to an "old version", Johnmat2 is just trying to
get the latest alpha version available ... and, it seems, 2.42a1 was,
at some time, offered for Windows 7/10 but doesn't work now!

However, apparently JAS can still see a version that will work for Win
XP!!

Ok, I see .. I was thinking that was an old version because the link
point to https://archive.mozilla.org ... for me an "archive" is an old
version repository :-)

Yes, i see now that for win7 .. the four links goes into an 404 error page:
Nigthly:
https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-trunk/seamonkey-2.43a1.en-US.win32.installer.exe

https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-trunk/seamonkey-2.43a1.en-US.win32.zip

Aurora:
https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-aurora/seamonkey-2.42a2.en-US.win32.installer.exe

https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-aurora/seamonkey-2.42a2.en-US.win32.zip

Probably because there is no seamonkey-2.43a1.en-US.win32.installer.exe or.zip file. Latest is 2.42a1. Click on that and it will download.

<https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-trunk/>

The latest-comm-aurora is 2.41a2 for Windows.
