That ist likely bug 1256714. It has been fixed since 08/11. There is still a problem with Aero previews when you set the zoom factor < 100%. This is Bug 1269810 and is in the Mozilla code. While I opened this one against Firefox its likely a toolkit bug but no one on the Mozilla side showed interest in it so far. Still unconfirmed.
