The quick workaround to open in libreoffice Tools -> Options -> Internet
-> E-Mail and to inpute there 'thunderbird' (without quotes)
Perhaps you can put 'seamonkey' instead of 'thunderbird'
Unfortunately that option does not exist in Windows.
Correct ! (sorry)
I just found in
https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/9808/how-do-i-install-an-email-program-to-associate-with-libreoffice/
The answer for windows is:
Under windows , according to the getting "Started with LibreOffice"
manual, the operating system's default e-mail program is always used.
This is set in Windows XP under CONTROL PANEL > INTERNET SETTINGS >
PROGRAMS
