Unfortunately, it appears that Use Style is not controlled by a
preference variable.

I installed the PrefBar extension for many other features.  I then
downloaded and imported into PrefBar the CSS Checkbox from
<http://prefbar.tuxfamily.org/buttons.html#togglecss>.
