you're absolutely correct....thats what I got, so I looked it up,
kinda hard to believe that the AX website, crashed, overloaded or
other very simple explanations.

for anyone else having this problem, I cut/pasted the
explanation
..................................................................

To quote the definition of 502 Bad Gateway from Wikipedia: "The
server was acting as a gateway or proxy and received an invalid
response from the upstream server." There are many other 5xx server
error messages, all of which boil down to: "The server failed to
fulfill an apparently valid request." They don't tell you much about
the real source of the problem.

The second thing to try is a different browser. There are plenty to
choose from, and there's no reason why you can't run two at a time.
At the moment, I'm running Mozilla Firefox 22 and Microsoft's
Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7. If a site doesn't work or looks
broken in one browser, it only takes a second or two to paste the
address into the other.

If the problem is with the server, what difference does it make what the user does? Will a different browser generate a different command that the upstream server might be able to
handle?

it seems that it does for some strange reason
SM... didnt work
FF ....worked

The User Agent string are different ...
FF say: I am FF
SM say: I am SM and also I am FF
