moderated are indicated as such.  There is no indication of moderation
for mozilla.support.seamonkey.

True enough. But in practice, Chris Ilias removes messages that violate
his criteria and issues warnings both public and private. If you want to
call that moderation, there it is.

I think he addressed the salutation to MozUser because it was my quote of his message that contained the objectionable comment. Something involving the word "twit" which in itself I don't think is a problem. I believe three messages were removed, the original and two that quoted it.
