It is not necessary to refresh. Merely disabling JavaScript allows the text to be marked and copied. It appears that the script used to block mark-and-copy is quite robust. If I re-enable JavaScript without refreshing, mark-and-copy is again blocked. Most scripts do not restart when JavaScript is disabled and then re-enabled. -- David E.
