I read your reply and immediately tried the Skype site. I had no
problems with the home page at <http://www.skype.com/> or downloading
the full installer of a newer version of Skype from
<https://www.skype.com/en/>. I did not try any other pages from the
Skype site.

legally in the U.S. is also illegal. How many of the EMPLOYERS are
being criminally charged? If none, why not?
