I do not believe this is a mouse hardware problem, if this is only happening
with SeaMonkey. The mouse works correctly in other programs like notepad, MS
Word, Windows Explorer or the Desktop. If it works in all other programs just
fine the you might want to try a new SM profile. Another thing you may want to
do is check to see if you have the latest device driver.

If it is a Logitech mouse might happen. I needed to change the switches on one
of mine last year. Also bought a new B100 which now start showing similar
symptoms with opening links. Sometimes the same one opens twice. Eventually it
will affect other programs too.
