Downlevel was never supported by SeaMonkey or Gecko so the distributed
lightning is not picked up. It is now a packed extension which makes
installing it manually pretty easy. Profiles are more or less compatible too
with latest versions but might change any time.
That said I am not aware of any sites not working in 2.53.3 which worked in
2.53.2. Probably a different problem maybe with antivirus software.
