Several resources there. The one I most highly recommend is to purchase
zp4 from
 http://www.semaphorecorp.com/cgi/zp4.html

It's cheap, and powerful, apart from its up-to-date zip/city text file.
(ask if it works on NT, if you have NT. I've had some NT problems)

There are also some free, but pretty outdated sources of zip code data on
my web page.
