Kevin, 

You found a bug!  There's a problem with the script that's run with the Transfer To 
Names button.  A small one, but makes the script very confusing and non-user-friendly. 
 If you have Filemaker, here's how you can fix it.

* Log into ebase with the master password.
* Click on the Contacts tab, and then on View Contacts.
* Once you're in the contacts file, click Script>Scriptmaker
* Open the script called "Select Names for Found Set"
* Find the script command third from the bottom that starts with "Replace", click on 
it once
* Check the box that says "Perform without dialog"
* Click OK

That should do it.  The script was simply popping up a confusing dialog box that you 
don't need to see.
