[SUPPORT] renewal find

i am trying to do my renewals and am having little luck with my search.  in
the past i entered the renewal date on the home screen like this
(12/1/00...12/31/00).  i thought this had worked in the past but i am having
no luck now.  i aslo tried to do my search from the query screen with the
same criteria.  again no luck.  i have switched ebase from an old computer
to a new imac; could that be the problem? thanks
