When you say "no luck", what do you mean? What happens?

PS In general I would like to encourage everyone on the listserv to include as much
info as possible when asking a question. Often someone will need to hear what did
occur in order to know what's going on - saying "it didn't work" is usually not
enough. Just a friendly tidbit of advice.
