The zip code routine will fill in the county also, if it is present 
in the zip code file.

Yes, you can change the name of the list, using the menu item 
File>Define Value Lists. I add the caution, though, that it's not 
generally a good idea to change the names of resources. ebase is 
pretty complex, and unintended consequences are always possible. In 
this example, the name of the list isn't used by the public, only by 
the machine, and occasionally by a programmer, both of whom should be 
able to keep track of a list name. Why change it?

As they say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I presume you mean 
switch to version 2 from 1.0x. The switch from 1.00 to 1.02 is pretty 
minor, unless you have done extensive customizations. Version 2 will 
be markedly different, with a new interface and some new features. I 
would recommend that when version 2 becomes available, you have a 
look at it, and the routine required for transition, and make your 
decision then.
