[SUPPORT] help with contacts

I have been trying to generate contacts for mailings, and so far the
function isn't working. If I export a file, and ask for contact records to
be generated, the program seems to be making contact records, but when I go
back and look at the records of the people in the export, their contact
history is blank. Can anyone help me with this?

Also, I am unable to access the FAQs on your website.
