When you install Freenet, it puts it into a folder in Program Files. There is a file called wrapper.log inside that folder. Please send us/me that file. However there is a more immediate suggestion: Recently there was a small change to the installer that should fix this problem for at least some users. I suggest you uninstall Freenet, then get the latest windows installer from the website and try again. Please let us know how it goes!
