We have been using the Output screen to send out e-mail action alerts to our interested members on our Ebase database. We send this messages to about 900 people. Most of the e-mails are being sent out without any problem, but some are being sent out without any message in the body. The person receives an e-mail with the correct subject line but no message. As far as I can tell it's random and happens to about one in every twenty messages sent out. I believe it to be a problem in Ebase because I've checked the sent messages and they were already blank even before they were sent out. When asked if I would like to send the e-mails out by batch or custom, I always choose custom and I never send out a plain text file attachment. The e-mails always seem to go out without a problem. It wasn't until I got messages from people saying the e-mail was blank that I realized there was a problem. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? Thanks for your help!
