Have you checked your ISP to make sure 900 messages are OK to send as a
batch?  Many ISPs limit you b/c of concerns re: spam.  If you send out
any emails with no problem, then the problem seems likely to be
elsewhere.  That is, if you can create an email window with text, paste
the email addresses into the bcc line as instructed, and get an OK
output for at least one email message, then ebase is doing it's job and
the problem is likely elsewhere.  (Think about it - the batch message is
a single text block in an email window, it's just got lots of recipients
in the header.)  Hence my suggestion about the limit on batch emails.
