Hi, we've just installed a Liantec box from Wim Vandeputte at kd85.com in Belguim and it's fantastic. Has 4 x 1Gbps Intel NICs.
His throughput graphs using pfsense are worth a look (375mbps!) : http://www.kd85.com/liantec.html We're running a full install with a 2.5" hard drive but it has a CF slot too. Vim is very helpful.
