It's sort of hidden. Please make sure you have both a NAT rule, and a firewall rule for each of the ports you would like open. Very basic, but also sometimes easy to miss. The only place to shut that rule off from what I know is under General or Advanced setup "Disable Firewall" in which case you would still need a NAT entry I believe.
