I would say there isn't a good chance that would change anything, but someone seems to be reporting a similar problem on the forum that reportedly didn't exist in 1.2. http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,11847.0.html Different symptom, it sounds like it could be the same cause though, blackholing packets > X bytes. It could also be entirely unrelated.
