server extensions are all timing out, long transfers between mail
servers as

From /etfc/inc/filter.inc:
if($config['system']['reflectiontimeout'])
$reflectiontimeout = $config['system']['reflectiontimeout'];
else
$reflectiontimeout = "2000";
You can set an override with <system><reflectiontimeout>
