Paul, I forgot to tell, this problem occurs after a fresh install of
PfSense, after some hours running ok, the problem appears on monitor screen
and pfsense system log.
The system continues running fine but this problem happens one or two times
per day....
and the systen continue running ok....
I´ve tryed 4 or more times reinstall the Sense, but the problem continue
appear...
I don´t know why.....

I´ve read some google search, and user solve this problem unconnecting
the DVDROM, why?
Can one iluminate my day?
I presume /dev/ad4 is your dvd/cd drive? Did you MD5 check the CD after
burning? try burning at lower speed?
