Hi List,

I have not had any direct dealing with Virgin in the UK so have no idea
how to answer this question I got from a Friend.

He has just got Virgin Install @ his place and was surprised that the
connection was provided over Coax, The question was simple...

"Can he connect this Coax Cable Direct into a pfSense Box, rather than
having to do NAT(Virgin Box)-2-NAT(pfSense Box)-2-LAN ?"

Like i said, I have only ever used old fashioned BT Phone Socket Type
ADSL/Broadband connections so have not directly needed to play with the
Cable type connections that Virgin offer...

Can anyone with Virgin (UK) help me point me friend in the correct
direction ?
