While you're at it, would you be so kind as to relay to them that they
need to make this information more prevalent as the Pidgin support list
will be entirely unable to help Oracle employees?

I'm a new employee at Oracle and have not been able to log onto my
pidgin account yet. I have been here for over a week and initially I
wasn't enabled to log onto the account. Starting yesterday, it says
that I have been disconnected and unable to reconnect. I would like to
